Management
Jan Kellermann, Susanne Fritsche and Johannes Stahl are the managing directors of werk21. We work together with our teams for our customers and therefore know not only the numbers of a project, but also the daily challenges.
Jan Kellermann (Kelly) is the CTO and founder of werk21, he is responsible for our technology and has been in the first row for twenty-five years when it comes to open source and data sovereignty.
Susanne Fritsche is a graphic artist and responsible project manager who not only ensures that your website looks good, but also that it will be finished.
Johannes Stahl is the CEO if there is something like this. He takes care of the acquisition and is principally responsible for customer support, would like to talk to him if you want to initiate a new project or have a question.
Project management
Our project management takes care of the fast, agile and accurate implementation of your projects. Susanne Fritsche, Gabriel Hertenstein, Moritz Peikert and Andreas Doege are the leaders of our implementation teams. Whether scrum process or fast waterfall - we find, supported by modern project management tools, the best way to target your project without running in the ticket jungle.
Web development
Web development is the heart of werk21. Our large team combines all the skills needed for a modern website, from the Drupal development through Certified Acquia Developer to the front-end development according to BITV and WCAG standards. Our team of around 15 developers who are permanently employed at werk21 in Germany unites outstanding heads of numerous specialty areas in frontend and backend development with a focus on Drupal.
Customer support and support
Our customer support and support are available daily for you, be it for advice on new innovations for your website or questions about your website and, of course, if there are problems. Johannes Stahl and Marie Schaller for customer support and Maria Henkel, Michael Backhaus and Oliver Böhm in the support immediately take care of your concerns and projects.
Server and DevOps
Our over 350 servers need care and innovative development so that the websites and applications we provide are always safe. Jan Kellermann, Alexander Koch and René Freund protect your pages and ensure the necessary performance.
